How to open a ticket for technical intervention

In order to provide a better after sale service, the new procedure concerning the FASP technical assistance service is activated both for plants under warranty and for plants whose guarantee has been ended. FASP wants to continue to guarantee a high level of technical support, whether via telephone or other technological devices (email, Skype, WhatsApp, Teleservice where provided), and also in technical support activities directly at the Customer's plant.
